Technical tips
If you are experiencing an issue with the file upload control in IE, follow these intructions:

  1. In internet explorer, go to Internet Options (Tools, Internet Options or click on the cog on far right)
  2. Click on the Connection tab and then click on the LAN Settings button
  3. Uncheck the option "Use automatic configuration script” and click OK to close
  4. Click on the Security tab and then click on the Internet zone (globe icon)
  5. Under the security zone options underneath click on "Default level” to reset security settings for Internet zone
  6. Click OK to save settings
